Damage claims

Our products are fragile, and a damage claim stands or falls on its documentation. Please attach photographs of:

the unopened parcel, from every side
the shipping label
the damaged packaging
the protective materials inside
the damaged product, in full and close-up

Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved — carriers routinely ask to inspect it.
